Overview: The Price & Inventory Insights app is designed to provide comprehensive pricing and inventory information for customer items. This app ensures that users have access to accurate and up-to-date data, facilitating better decision-making and efficient inventory management.
Key Features:
Customer Price Display:
- View customer-specific pricing exactly as it appears on sales orders and quotes.
- View the last invoice price, date, invoice number, margin, and markup for each customer and item combination.
- Ensure transparency and consistency in pricing information across all customer interactions.
Pricing and Cost Simulation:
- Simulate pricing by adjusting the desired margin or markup.
- Save the newly calculated price to the customer pricing table with a single click.
Save your Price:
· After arriving at the designed price, you can hit the “Save Simulated Price” action and the price will be saved within the related pricing tables note that this feature only works with the new BC pricing feature.
Add to Cart:
· price your items and add to the Cart (a prompt will ask you for a quantity), after adding all the items to the cart you can create a sales quote or an order by clicking the related Action.
Months of Stock:
- Calculate and display the number of months of stock available based on current inventory levels and average monthly sales.
- Help users plan and manage inventory more effectively by understanding stock longevity.
Net Available Inventory:
- Provide real-time data on net available inventory at selected locations.
- Allow users to check inventory levels across different warehouses or stores, ensuring they can meet customer demands promptly.
Sales Data:
- Calculate the months of stock based on an adjustable period.
- View average sales per month and total sales for the period.
